Everybody wants to be successful. Some people work hard for success while others look for the easiest & fastest route. Some people will lie, steal & cheat just to appear successful. They only shine for a moment before everything comes undone and the truth is seen. Anyone can be successful but it only lasts when it’s done God’s way.
Todays verse reminds us that success starts by DOING God’s commandments! Not just by knowing them, but by LIVING them out… by doing them. God’s commandments are living life His way. When we do things God’s way, we receive God’s promises. There are countless promises attached to God’s commandments.
Here’s a small sampling of what the Bible says happens when we DO life God’s way!

This means fortunate, well off & happier
We are BLESSED because we belong to God
We are BLESSED so we can BLESS others - We will have LIFE…
We have the right to the tree of LIFE.
We no longer abide in death
We have access to accept & partake of LIFE for all of our days. - We will ENTER in…
We are able to enter Gods presence through the gates of praise
We are not foreigners or trespasses
We can enter boldly and we will not be stopped
We are accepted in Gods city and best of all… He wants us there!
This week let’s say yes to living God’s way. Let’s receive the promises He has for us. Let’s be BLESSED, partake of LIFE and ENTER in to His City, His glorious presence.
