What We Believe

1.         Holy Bible:  The Holy Bible is infallible and Holy Spirit inspired.

2.         The Godhead:  There is one God, eternally existent in three persons:  Father, Son (Jesus) and Holy Spirit.  These three are coequal and coeternal.

3.         The Lord Jesus Christ: The Holy Scriptures declare: His humanity, His deity, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His atoning work on the cross for the sins of the world, His miracles, His bodily resurrection from the dead, His exaltation to the right hand of God, His abiding intercession and He will return again in power and glory.

4.         The Salvation of Man: Man’s only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.  It is through repentance of sin and faith in Jesus Christ’s redemption that we receive forgiveness of sins and appropriate salvation.

11.       The Redemptive Authority of the Believer: Jesus Christ’s death, burial and resurrection gave Him, Jesus Christ, all power and authority over the devil and all demons.  Jesus gave this authority to all those who believe on His name and this authority in Jesus name, is all encompassing over sickness, disease, poverty, our safety and from any work of the devil and his satanic forces against the believer.

12.       Sanctification: Sanctification is a work of the Holy Spirit on an act of separation from that which is evil and of dedication unto God.

13.       The Church: The Church is the Body of Christ, the habitation of God through the Spirit, with divine appointments for the fulfilment of her Great Commission.

14.       The Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit is sent by the Son, proceeds from the Father, and is ever present and active in the work of conviction and re-generating the sinner and sanctifying and guiding the believer into all truth.

16.       Laying on of Hands:  Scripture teaches that the Laying on of hands is used for Imparting Blessing, Authority and healing; Imparting the Holy Spirit and Spiritual Gifts, and Commissioning Ministers.

17.       Divine Healing: In accordance with the teaching of the Scriptures, we trust our heavenly Father to protect and heal our souls and our bodies from sickness and disease.

18.       God’s Will for Provision:  The Father’s will is that believers become whole, healthy, protected for His purpose and successful in all areas of life.

19.       The Tithe:  One of God’s greatest desires is to bless His children in the area of financial provision; thus, His commandment to tithe.  As we bring our whole tithe the windows of heaven are thrown open for the blessings of God to pour into our lives.

21.       Resurrection:  Jesus Christ was physically resurrected from the dead in a glorified body three days after His death on the cross.  As a result, both the saved and the lost will be resurrected – they that are saved to the resurrection of life, and they that are lost to the resurrection of eternal damnation.

23.       The Blessed Hope: The resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in Christ and their translation together with those who are alive and remain (known as the catching away of the saints or rapture) unto the coming of the Lord is the imminent and blessed hope of the church.

24.       The Day of the Lord & The Millennial Reign of Christ:  After the catching away of the saints, which is known as the rapture, and resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in Christ, Jesus Christ will visibly return to earth with His saints and every eye shall see Him.
